Providers and the categories of data they process
Cloud VPS — server hosting in Singapore
The application server runs on Cloud VPS hosting in Singapore. Categories of data processed: application requests and responses, account and workspace identifiers, Screen and Queue data, and operational logs.
PostgreSQL — database on Cloud VPS in Singapore
PostgreSQL is hosted on Cloud VPS in Singapore. Categories of data processed: account and workspace records, non-card billing metadata, content metadata, Screen and Queue records, and stored logs. PostgreSQL is the database software, not a separate hosting subprocessor.
Cloudflare R2 — object storage
Categories of data processed: uploaded media and content assets.
Cloudflare — content delivery
Categories of data processed: requests for content assets and the technical metadata that accompanies them.
Hostinger — transactional email
Categories of data processed: recipient email address and the contents of transactional messages such as invitations and password resets.
Monitoring and logging
Managed on the Cloud VPS servers and PostgreSQL database in Singapore. Categories of data processed: operational and diagnostic log records. No separate monitoring/logging provider is listed.
The application server and PostgreSQL database are hosted in Singapore. Other services may process data in other locations; this is not a guarantee that all processing remains in Singapore. Contact Layarva for specific data-residency requirements or a DPA review.
